Product Manager in Cards to work with Apple Pay
Are you experienced within product management or similar in areas as cards or payments? Do you have experience from tokenized payments like Apple Pay, Samsung Pay etc? We are now hiring a structured, yet flexible, person to work as senior product specialist/product manager with our card portfolios.
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Work with exciting and growing card payment solutions like Appple Pay and Samsung Pay.
- Eventually act as the expertise within cards and tokenized payments together with the rest of our product team.
- Work with some of Sweden’s most experienced card experts driving development and maintenance for Swedbank’s all card portfolios.
- Secure good relationship with important and demanding external stakeholders with relation to tokenized payments.
- Be responsible for the day-to-day management of certain areas for cards – hence solving items regarding maintenance, compliance as well as product development.
- Develop and manage full lifecycle of products and follow up/reporting of result and progress.
- Lead and participate in our agile development process (SAFe).
- Drive and contribute to customer and product vision, strategies and Business plans. Develop, manage and execute product line strategy in close collaboration with stakeholders in the bank.
- Manage upcoming mandatory requirements and business ideas for product development. Secure that both regulatory and legal requirements and legal are followed by close collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Manage product related risks, develop guidelines for product support units.
What is needed in this role:
- You have knowledge and experience from the card industry, payments, lending or similar. Experience within tokenized payments, digital payments or wallets.
- You have a strong sense of ownership, problem-solving and determination to get things done.
- Ability ensure strong relationship with internal and external stakeholders and partners.
- You are a driven well-organized person able to identify user needs, have a customer perspective in understanding business values and work with a cross-functional development team with internal and many times complex external stakeholders.
- Ability to excel while navigating in Swedbank’s governance processes (risk, compliance etc).
- Insights from work with Scrum, SAFe or any other Agile framework.
- Relevant academic degree or equivalent experience.
- Fluent in Swedish, with very good communication skills in English as well as ability to lead the way.
- Experience of project management and requirement setting is a merit.
- As a person, you are very structured but can handle ad hoc initiatives and changed conditions and short deadlines.
- Ability to work both independently and in collaboration with others.
