With us you have the opportunity to:

  • Influence how the credit governance is carried out in Lithuania and in Business Area Baltic Banking but also on Group level.
  • Develop the Swedbank credit framework in accordance with the bank‘s strategies and values as well as put EU and national regulation into practice in the credit framework;
  • Draft new and update credit framework documents.
  • Support the business areas in their implementation of new and updated credit framework.
  • Create understanding by giving guidance and support, explaining and elaborating on the credit framework, the underlying credit governance principles and other rationales for its content.
  • Participate in digitalisation and automation projects.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in various parts of the bank’s organisation and in all four home market countries. 

What you need in this role:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in law.
  • Good understanding of the credit process and credit governance principles. 
  • Several years of experience from credit area.
  • Creativity and experience from development and implementation.
  • The ability to proactively and independently process a matter to its solution.
  • Ability to see the overall picture and at the same time capture the details.
  • A strong integrity and the ability to explain complicated matters in a way that is easy to understand.
  • Fluent Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken, ability to draft framework texts in Lithuanian and English.
