With us you have the opportunity to:

  • Be involved in an iterative UX design process. From research to design, with our largest corporate clients at the center of everything you do. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with our external supplier and facilitate design decisions in the teams
  • Work in our SAFe train consisting of 3 agile team where you will play a key part in our work, deleivering a new digital solution for our Nordic Cash Management
  • Collaborate with Swedbank’s Corporate UX team where you will have a great opportunity to identify synergies and share experiences
  • Be part of a design community of more than 70 people, spanning over several product areas

What you need in this role:

  • Solid experience from working with the UX design process. Preferably you have experience with various tools and methods, everything from understanding and defining customer needs to designing for great user experiences
  •  Experience from designing and leading work with external partners and multiple teams. 
  • Experience from modern ways of working with design in an agile environment and an ability to analyze a team’s ways of working and introduce improvements
  •  Good planning and coordination skills and an ability to prioritize work
