Software Engineer (System Support)

With us you have the opportunity to work in fast evolving Open banking area with PSD2 REST API as support analyst:
- Investigate and solve incidents and problems
- Communicate with internal and external partners
- Help to test systems and improve existent tests in order to secure needed quality of the delivered software and IT service
- Proactively seek and give feedback on the delivered code to improve over time
- Ensure quality awareness and care when designing, building and maintaining software
What you need in this Software Engineer (Support) role:
- General REST API knowledge
- REST API tools like Postman, SoapUI,…
- Experience with relational databases
- Experience with log parsing tools (grep, grafana, kibana,…)
- Basic Linux Administration and Windows knowledge
- Knowledge of ITSM processes
- Good communication skills, positive attitude, analytical mindset
- Fluent in English
