Software Engineer (System Support)

Are you ready to administrate and support IT systems?


With us you have the opportunity to work in fast evolving Open banking area with PSD2 REST API as support analyst:

  • Investigate and solve incidents and problems
  • Communicate with internal and external partners
  • Help to test systems and improve existent tests in order to secure needed quality of the delivered software and IT service
  • Proactively seek and give feedback on the delivered code to improve over time
  • Ensure quality awareness and care when designing, building and maintaining software

What you need in this Software Engineer (Support) role:

  • General REST API knowledge
  • REST API tools like Postman, SoapUI,…
  • Experience with relational databases
  • Experience with log parsing tools (grep, grafana, kibana,…)
  • Basic Linux Administration and Windows knowledge
  • Knowledge of ITSM processes
  • Good communication skills, positive attitude, analytical mindset
  • Fluent in English
