Technical Integration Lead "Equities & ETIs"

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Be an important contributor within a prioritized area of Swedbank in one of the largest transformations ever done within Swedbank
- Use your technical/architectural skills and industry knowledge with your problem-solving skills to define, design the technical integration internally and with 3rd party suppliers
- Participate and Lead others in the work of delivering the intended solutions while coordinating with both internal and external IT Development
- Collaborate with stakeholders in business areas all over the bank to ensure that our deliveries are received in the best possible way
- Collaborate with team members and constantly improve the way we work
- Work with a fantastic, knowledgeable team and learn new things every day!
What is needed in this role:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field, or a great reason for not having one
- At least 5+ years preferably 10+ years of relevant experience working as a technical architect within the Financial Sector
- Flows and activities such as Order Execution, Payments, Clearing, Settlement, Reconciliation should be familiar to you
- Business knowledge and interest within the Savings Area (Equities and other ETIs)
- Curiosity and willingness to find solutions to challenging topics
- You are structured and accurate with the ability to describe business challenges and technical solutions
- You take your own initiatives without the need of detailed instructions
- Excellent communication skills and being fluent in both Swedish and English, both written and oral
- Experience in working Agile is a plus
- Experience in large scale transformations is a plus
