Are you passionate about shaping the future of the Savings & Investments business in Swedbank?
We are currently in the midst of one of the largest transformations to ever take place within Swedbank and the Savings area, and we need your help.
We are looking for a Swedish speaking Data Analyst to strengthen our Performance & Analytics team to help us continue transition into an insights- and data-driven bank serving millions of clients within Savings, Pension and Insurance.
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Use your database query skills to help senior executives make factual decisions based on customer and channel insights, sales trends, projections, and growth opportunities.
- Contribute to modernizing how Swedbank works with data, analytics, and business intelligence by identifying and assessing business reporting requirements and helping the organisation to execute on requirements.
- Help maintain and improve existing reports, set up new reports and dashboards and help train end-users in consuming the data and analyses in a business-friendly format.
- Assist in setting and monitoring leading performance indicators, metrics and OKRs to track realization of business objectives.
- Work together with the team to drive both tactical and strategic projects and contribute in relevant foras to ensure transition towards a data-driven way of working.
What is needed in this role:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer engineering, statistics, mathematics, or other relevant fields.
- Demonstrated skills in SQL and experience working with larger data sets/data warehouses.
- Proven execution skills working with QlikView or Qlik Sense with ability to set up reporting dashboards.
- High level of proficiency within MS Excel (pivot tables, complex functions, VBA is a plus).
- Knowledge in data modelling, data analyses and experience in formulating use cases and data requirements together with stakeholders.
- Knowledge in broad programming languages such as R or Python is advantageous.
- Ability to package complex data and figures into easily digestible insights that are understandable for diverse senior executives and key stakeholders.
- Permanent residency in Sweden and fluency in Swedish.
