We are looking for a curious and creative Software Engineer with a passion for developing new systems and maintenance of our reporting system while also being interested in finance and banking!

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

• Work as a Software Engineer with the development of new systems, maintenance, and modifications within existing applications as well as administration.
• Contribute to constant IT-delivery in line with the bank’s strategic goals.
• Work in an agile organisation within a CF-team (Cross-Functional Team).
• Go in depth regarding business in treasury through close cooperation with the upmost competent co-workers.
• Work with nice and competent co-workers from a multitude of countries of many different ages.

What is needed in this role:

• Relevant University degree.
• Professional experience is advantageous.
• Technical competence with T -SQL (SQL Server) and PL-SQL (Oracle SQL) is required.
• You shall be knowledgeable with one of the above mentioned - but be ready to further develop knowledge regarding the subject you are less knowledgeable about.
• Great motivation, likes to take responsibility, solve problems and be a team player.
• Great understanding of Swedish and English in speech and written form.
• Competence in Micro Strategy is seen as advantageous however is not a requirement.

In the team, we work closely together to create a team spirit with a focus on the right person in the right place at the right time – all to optimize our delivery quality.

If you are analytical and a problem solver who wants to work with reporting systems where we manage liquidity-risk and secured bonds, then you are the right person for us. Team Jade is a part of the Value Stream Treasury (Within CFO Office). The team consists of six people along with an APO and Scrum. We support Group Treasury- who makes sure that the bank always has enough capital for loans issued by our customers while also overseeing the bank’s liquidity.
