We are looking for an experienced iOS Software Engineer to join our two cross-functional agile teams consisting of Software Engineers, UX Designers, Business Analysts, Scrum Master, Product Owner, and Team Manager. The team is located cross-border both in Lithuania and Sweden. We develop and maintain Lending solutions on the Mobile Bank and Internet Bank for almost 4 million customers in Sweden. We take a full responsibility of our deliveries – starting from an idea up to development and maintenance. • Design, develop, deploy & maintain features in Mobile Bank iOS App
• Closely collaborate with UX designers and influence design decisions
• Continuously improve the quality of our products by proactively reducing technical depth and writing unit tests
• Take operational responsibility for the services that are owned by our team to troubleshoot and resolve incidents

What is needed in this role:

• A relevant academic degree or equivalent work experience within IT
• 3+ years of experience with iOS development
• Strong Swift skills and a good understanding of modern iOS development, design patterns and architecture
• Experience with REST APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services and 3rd-party libraries or APIs
• A drive to write clean, testable, and maintainable code
• To enjoy teamwork and act as a team player in the international cross functional team and constantly improve the way of working
• To be curious and motivated to develop and improve your skills continuously, be an active member of Swedbank‘s App tech community
• Experience in agile way of working (preferable Scrum, SAFe frameworks)
• Fluency in English and good communication skills
