Senior Regulatory Reporting Specialist

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Become the designated Senior Regulatory Reporting specialist within the Regulatory Trade Reporting unit! It means to represent the bank in Swedish Securities Markets Association and in collaboration with Compliance and other subject experts have dialogue with regulatory bodies in Sweden and abroad, as well as driving collaboration with our banking peers.
- Drive the revision and operation of a strong risk and control framework to deliver assurance and monitoring to meet all the relevant Trade reporting regulations MIFID, MIFIR TRS II, EMIR, EMIR Refit, SFTR.
- Build relationships with Corporates & Institutions Product owners and drive understanding for the requirements to meet regulatory guidelines
- Delivering communication to internal and external stakeholders on Swedbank compliance towards relevant regulations
- Provide expertise into the daily Regulatory Trade Reporting work processes in close collaboration with the teams
- Contributing and continuously improving Lean-Agile ways of working
- Help guide other members in the team to achieving both development features and operational target
What is needed in this role:
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in a related field
- Having a genuine interest in the Regulatory Reporting framework and experience in this area within financial services and instruments
- Demonstrated process and flow experience and background in efficiency work
- Understanding in Agile and Lean ways of working
- Self-starter - able to work independently and collaboratively in equal measure
- Knowledge of Trading and Capital Markets products, alternatively a background within back-office functions or front office support functions
- To be a team player and enjoy problem solving together with your colleagues. Good communication skills and enjoy representing the bank in discussions with external parties
