Ab Initio Developer

Are you passionate about your job and enjoy a fast-paced international working environment? You will play an important role in taking our Stakeholders to the next level in their Advanced Analytics journey


In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

  • Developing graphs, plans, creating PSETS, XFR, DML in GDE (Graphical Developer Environment)
  • Creating job schedules in Control Center
  • Integration to Ab Initio Metadata Hub and several other toolkits
  • Table creation in different technologies e.g hive, hbase, Azure SQL, Azure Storage, Teradata, Oracle

What is needed in this role:

  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Advance ETL and data integration experience (Ab initio, Powercenter, DataStage ..)
  • Data Warehouse, Data lake, Big Data and Hadoop or Cloud working experience
  • Fluent in any SQL and RDBMS systems
  • Unix commands and scripting
  • An extra bonus meriting would be knowledge/experience in: DevOps tools (GIT, Jenkins basics) and Azure Cloud
