As a Team Manager in our Data Warehouse Engineering Guild, you will play a critical role in overseeing and guiding a team of technical experts. You will be responsible for fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the team.

• Process Improvement: Responsible for process development, improvement and governance.

What is needed in this role:

• Leadership Skills: Proven experience in a leadership role, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
• Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Project Management: Experience in project management, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Analytical Thinking: An understanding of data and its importance in business decision-making is a plus.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and lead in a dynamic environment.
