We have a great opportunity for you to join our team as a Content Manager where your contributions will be crucial in our quest for success!
You’ll become part of a team of talented Content Managers, Engineers, Business Analysts, Testers and UX designers. We are on a thrilling adventure, continuously evolving our communication solutions to cater to the needs of our customers. Our primary focus? To create the ultimate customer experience when interacting with our virtual assistant. Our goal is clear: we want to make sure our chatbot is reliable and helpful when answering questions or solving problems. We also want to quickly connect customers with real people when needed.
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Explore human centric design thinking to create successful conversational experiences for our customers
- Unleash your creativity and discover innovative ways to engage our customers. Designing conversation flows and ensuring content’s accuracy, relevance, and alignment with Swedbank’s distinct tone and style
- Train language models and implement dialogues
- Harness the power of data to understand user behavior patterns
- Working closely with a cross-functional international team dedicated to building and maintaining top-notch multi-language virtual assistant solutions
- Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders across Sweden, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania
What is needed in this role:
- Very good writing and communications skills in both English and Latvia
- A passion for making our customers happy and willingness to innovate customer experience
- Being self-directed and proactive
- Motivation to learn new skills and tools
- It may be useful if you can understand Russian on a reading level as well
- The ideal candidate has an experience in roles related to customer experience, content creation, marketing, communication, social media, advertising, or editing
