With us you have the opportunity to:

  • Set the Vision, Product roadmap and the lifecycle management
  • Collaborate with other APOs in the business areas
  • Host the Pega Community of Practice network at Swedbank AB
  • Participate in all Agile ceremonies for the Pega CoE team
  • Gather requirements and managing the backlog.
  • Defining product scope
  • Proactively reduce the technical debt.
  • Act as consultant for questions in architecture and solutions
  • Collaborate with Pegasystems/external vendor in managing the product and improving the go-to market

What you need in this role:

  • Mileage from working as a Product Owner in a scrum team
  • Be strong in communication as you will be in contact with many different departments internally as well as external consultants and vendors.
  • Fluent in English and preferably in Swedish as well.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
  • Extensive experience in Software development life cycle
  • Have deep understanding of application structure including hardware and integrations to systems. 
  • Working experience from a DevOps environment
  • Experience from working with a BPM tool
  • Knowledge on cloud technologies like Azure and AWS is not mandatory but considered as an advantage.

Be the Agile Product Owner (APO) to continue building the PEGA CoE team and to lead the Devops journey.  You will work in our team of senior experienced Pega architects and engineers. Swedbank is one of the PEGA users of Europe and the PEGA platform is enabling business in several business areas. In Swedbank, PEGA CoE are coaching and supporting LC&I, Insurance, Digital Banking and KYC where PEGA applications are used to build the core business flows. We are a tech stream working in Agile style with sprints and using Jira. The Business Areas are using SAFe as a framework." Ylva Ocklind, your future leader
