  • Work as part of a local and global team with members based in the Nordics and the Baltics.
  • Perform reconciliations of output against financial accounts and find explanations for differences.
  • Improve our data quality gaps and to deliver high quality, timely and accurate reporting to the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authorities
  • Communicate with experts from various parts of Swedbank’s organization from multiple systems and teams
  • Be an intermediary between financial requirement and technical development
  • Validate changes required to satisfy new external regulatory requirements
  • Interpret external requirements and explain them pragmatically
  • Keep up-to-date with regulatory changes affecting Swedbank
  • Get familiar with Swedbank's financial product portfolio
  • Preform a monthly review of reported figures
  • Be risk averse, identify process or business risks and escalate to line manager
  • Write SQL-queries to extract information from our data base

What you need in this role: 

  • Minimum of 5 years of accounting or IT experience
  • Experienced working with SQL
  • Strong MS-Excel skills
  • Analytical skills to resolve and research queries and issues
  • Commercial bank (corporate and retail) lending product knowledge
  • In-depth knowledge of the regulatory reporting landscape
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English & Swedish
  • Experienced in the agile ways of working
