In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Work within the Group’s Data Governance unit to ensure Data regulations and Frameworks is fully covered in the operating model
- Drive and support initiatives to ensure adherence to data regulations including BCBS239. Specific focus is around data governance and data processes in Swedbank
- Participate in definition of control framework to monitor adherence to data frameworks (incl BCBS239)
- Contribute to the design and oversight of a holistic regulations compliance methodology
- Collaborate with Swedbank organizations around project scope, roadmap and detailed implementation of data regulations and frameworks
- Report progress and escalate to relevant steering committees and senior mgmt
- Ensure internal data directives is in line with external regulations
- Work closely with data domain teams to ensure data directive is implemented
- Help drive/support regional and country specific implementations, e.g Baltics, to meet BCBS239 and other data regulations requirements
What is needed in this role:
- Relevant academic degree, preferably within economics/business management, IT or data/analytics
- Solid understanding of Data Governance / Data Management
- At least 3 years of work experience of working with data frameworks and data governance
- Knowledge about BCBS239, DORA, GDPR, AI Act is preferable
- Experience from banking industry and especially knowledge for risk and financial reporting is preferable
- Driven and motivated driver / project mgr with solid track record of leading change in complex environments
- Solid problem solving skills with “can-do” attitude”
- Strong communication skills and experience from senior stakeholder management
- Motivated and passionate about data and take pride in delivering results on time
