Digital Service Manager to Baltic Banking Channel Management

- Join a business team responsible for digital services in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania.
- Work in a dynamic area with a lot of opportunities to learn and grow.
- Lead business initiatives in the digital banking domain, including the internet bank, mobile app, and related functionalities such as login, signing services, authentication means, notification services, ePrivacy, and Accessibility.
- Collaborate with business area representatives and stakeholders during the intake of new projects or processes. Understand business strategies and needs, perform business analysis, provide recommendations, and consolidate business requirements.
- Oversee administrative processes for digital processes, initiatives, and projects. This includes risk reviews, stakeholder management, procurement, vendor relationships, contract management, audit handling, security-related processes, process establishment and effective communication and training for the front-line colleagues.

Coordinate local launches of digital development projects and initiatives.
This involves creating new business processes, implementing changes in existing ones, handling internal documentation and regulations, managing communication, conducting business and user testing, ensuring quality assurance, gathering feedback, and administering bug fixes.
What is needed in this role:
- Familiarity with digital solutions related to finance, payments, e-commerce, or telecommunications, IT development maintenance processes and operations, basic understanding of UX and UI principles.
- Proficiency in handling project activities.
- Understanding of legal areas such as PSD2, eIDAS, Outsourcing, GDPR, ePrivacy, and Accessibility. Strong ability to work with EU, national legal acts, and technical standards.
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Computer Science or a related field, or relevant experience that can substitute for formal education.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong storytelling, presentation, and argumentation skills
- Mix of strategic and detail thinking. Ability to see a big picture, identify the long-term impacts, and dive into specifics.
- Mix of analytical and creative thinking: Proficiency in analysing new complex situations, identifying resolution patterns. Ability to combine analytical rigor with creative approaches to problem-solving.
- Readiness to work with complex bureaucratical processes.
- Fluent English and Estonian, written and spoken.
