Asset Sales Area Manager

Are you passionate about equity trading and sales?

With us you have the opportunity to:

• Take full responsibility for development and business results of equities product lines (cash and derivatives);
• Meet and pitch for some of the largest institutional investors in the region;
• Handle customer order-flow, in a fast-paced trading floor environment;
• Provide product competence to the initiatives aimed at improvements of sales process efficiency, risk management, product and service offerings;

What you need in this role:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field;
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to prioritize work-load under high-pressure;
• Solid understanding of financial markets infrastructure, products and related legal regulatory constraints;
• Minimum 3 years of experience relevant to financial markets;
• Knowledge of local markets characteristics, preferences and trends (customers and competitive landscape);
