Are you passionate about quality assurance and have experience in Test Management?

With us you have the opportunity to:

  • Lead test activities for important initiatives within the Credit Risk- and Capital Adequacy area
  • Support and educate testers, and if needed participate in testing
  • Participate in improving way of working with testing in the agile setup
  • Work alongside and in close cooperation with competent colleagues to ensure efficient and high quality deliveries
  • Be part of a Valuestream which highly value accurate and efficient testing

What you need in this role:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, or a great reason for not having one.
  • Experience in Test Management
  • Experience in agile way of working
  • Knowledge about the financial sector, credit risk is a plus
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
  • Proactive, Self-driven and solution oriented 
  • Open-minded and interested in learning new things
  • Proficient English, spoken and written, Swedish is a plus
