• Be part of a cross functional Agile Cards Team (containing software engineers, business analysts, product owner, scrum master) in the Cards Agile Release Train, working together to build and maintain high quality Cards and Digital Wallets solutions
• Contribute in all areas: analyze, design, develop, test and maintain services delivered by the team
• Proactively reduce the technical debts
• Solve and deploy solutions of incidents and problems
• Readiness to have on-call for the IT services developed and maintained by the team
• Participate and follow maintenance processes (incident, problem, event as applicable)
• Ensure quality awareness and care when designing, building, and maintaining software
• Act as a team player in the cross functional team and constantly improve the way of working

What is needed in this role:

• Team player with an open mind and who are ready to help others
• Creative thinking that makes you see opportunities rather than problems
• COBOL
• JCL
• Tivoli scheduler (OPC)
• SQL and DB2 specifics
• IMS, IBM MQ, REXX, Connect:Direct (considered as advantage)
• Experience in Agile way of working, Scrum, SAFe (considered as advantage)
• Fluent in spoken and written English
