With us you have the opportunity to:

  • Participate and make an impact in discovering investment opportunities by detailing and verifying backlog items and anchoring with relevant stakeholders;
  • Describe acceptance criteria and make sure they are understandable to the rest of the team;
  • Collaborate extensively with different stakeholders in order to define the right priorities and needs;
  • Participate in quality assurance of delivered functionality together with the cross functional team;
  • Agree on launch activities with relevant stakeholders and support stakeholders regarding launch activities;
  • Continuously update documentation for the service;
  • Participate in and follow relevant maintenance processes;    
  • Proactively seek and give feedback on the delivered code/functionality to make improvements over time.

What you need in this role:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, or a great reason for not having one;
  • Demonstrated experience in business, process and functionality analysis, working on projects, performing business acceptance testing (documentation, testing, leading, managing and training stakeholders for testing), business maintenance;
  • Understanding of non-functional requirements for the system, life-cycle, information security, etc.
  • Knowledge about methods and tools used in business analysis, ability to document clearly;
  • Being able to read architecture descriptions.
