Middle Office Specialist (Baltic FICM)

- Take active participation in creation of your future workplace - Middle Office (part of FICM area in Baltic Banking Segment Management Corporate)
- Oversee and improve valuation policies, methodologies, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal guidelines
- Ensure that all financial market transactions are accurately processed, risks are effectively managed, and regulatory compliance is maintained. This includes responsibilities such as risk management, compliance, performance measurement, and providing essential support for trading activities
- Be responsible for validating the pricing of financial instruments and managing valuation adjustments
What is needed in this role:
- Bachelor or Masters degree in finance, economics, business, IT or similar, or proven work experience in field
- Knowledge of financial markets, treasury products and their lifecycle and also good understanding financial models, risk metrics, and valuation techniques
- At least 2 years of work experience in the area would be as an advantage
- Extensive core systems and system tools knowledge in the respective field
- Advanced Excel knowledge (experience working with databases, SQL or programming languages like VBA or Python would be beneficial)
- Good social communication, negotiation and leadership skills, proficient in cross-team and effective presentation skills
- Financial transaction risk assessment skills
- Proficient English, spoken and written
