Compensation System Analyst

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Gain experience and develop skills in the HR and Compensation & Benefits area
- Participate in Variable pay, Salary review and Share delivery annual process preparation, while supporting Group HR Compensation and Benefit team members throughout the process
- Work with data maintenance, ensure data quality and preparation in the HR System (Oracle Fusion)
- Understand configuration of Oracle Fusion Compensation module and participate in module testing process
- Participate in ongoing process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate and provide regular reports to internal stakeholders
What is needed in this role:
- University degree in the field of IT, Economics, Human Resources or equivalent
- Experience working with systems and data
- Proficiency in using MS Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Collaboration skills and the ability to work as a team and independently
- Self-driven, structured, with great attention to detail and control
- Ability to meet deadlines consistently
- Experience or interest to work in a multinational environment
- Strong English communication skills, both oral and written to be able to communicate with colleagues in Baltics and Sweden
