  • Plan and run automated offer development projects working on concept, defining target customer groups, channel mixing strategy, supporting offer development, executing offer testing and optimization;
  • Cooperate with sales & marketing, product specialists, analysts, lawyers, digital experts and developers from all the Baltic countries;
  • Add your input to make a bank that would offer, e.g., a good leasing deal, when the customer just has started to look for a new car, or thinking about how to save money, or simply is getting reminded that their card is about to expire;
  • Work with a team whose goal is to enhance private customer experiences by delivering relevant personal messages when the customer engages with the bank;
  • Design, execute, measure and optimize multichannel marketing campaigns for more than 2 million private customers in the Baltics. 

What you need in this role:

  • Ability to step into the customers “shoes”;
  • Ability to interpret data, turn it into business action and pay attention to details;
  • Strong sense of ownership, problem-solving and determination to get things done;
  • Practical experience with digital media advertising (social media advertising, google ads, email marketing, etc) will be considered as advantage;
  • Great communication and collaboration skills and command of Latvian and English– both written and spoken.
