Capital Adequacy Expert
Business Area Baltic Banking is looking for an experienced Capital Adequacy Expert with an in-depth understanding of capital regulations such as CRRIII and Basel IV. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring that Baltic Banking meets the regulatory compliance standards while optimizing REA in the three Baltic Banks.
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Be responsible for Capital Adequacy in Baltic Banking
- Writing business requirements and perform business acceptance testing for REA development
- Re-conciliation of monthly REA results
- Support with implementing new local Capital Adequacy processes
- Documentation of Capital Adequacy processes
- Participate in regulatory related questioning / answering related to Capital Adequacy topics
- Work together with different organisations within Swedbank Group
- Work close to management in Baltic Banking
- Plan and coordinate REA related processes
What is needed in this role:
- A relevant bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent
- Solid experience in capital regulations such as Basel IV and CRRIII and capital adequacy in general
- Finance background
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, able to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders to meet tight deadlines
- Good analytical and technical skills, preferably within SQL
- Previous work experience within capital area
- Excellent communication skills in English for cooperation with Baltic and Group colleagues
