Business Analyst to Sanctions and Reporting Team
Are you interested in becoming a member of the ECP tech team that is responsible for development and support of sanctions and reporting services, in alignment with strategic goals and regulatory compliance?
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Be a bridge between IT and the Business
- Analyse and improve Swedbank’s Sanction monitoring and Central Account Registry (CAR) systems
- Showcase your data analysis skills
- Work with business requirements from specifications to implementation
- Both work in team and independently to troubleshoot different sanction and reporting systems
- Work alongside with other team members in the cross functional team, different Agile Product Owners (APOs), EPIC Owners and relevant stakeholders
- Constantly improve the way of working
- Learn something new every day!
What is needed in this role:
- To be a team player as the job requires, working closely with several teams and stakeholders
- Great communicator and confident in taking a leadership role
- Experience in breaking down requirements and supporting development of products
- Experience within data analysis report creation
- Previous knowledge or work experience with SQL. Knowledge of XML is appreciated
- Knowledge from areas such as Sanctions, Risk, Compliance or any other relevant area is an advantage
- It is an advantage if you have worked as a Business Analyst, Software Engineer, Data Analyst, System Analyst, Product Owner or similar and/or in an agile team
