Business Driven: In the role you will drive and manage the demands for interest rate hedging products, while overseeing product flows linked to our Debt Capital Markets activities, including corporate bond issuances.
- You must possess a robust analytical background, with an inherent enthusiasm for monitoring macroeconomic news and financial markets on a daily basis.

In managing your own client portfolio in Sweden, you will aim to achieve set
return targets while also driving the development of new interest rate
derivative services. - As you will primarily work with Swedish clients, complete proficiency in understanding and speaking Swedish is essential for this role.
- Work integrated with our analytical tools and research to proactively advise clients on managing interest rate risk, suggesting the most suitable strategies based on investment policies and regulatory requirements, including ESG considerations.

Staying on top of market trends and regulatory changes is crucial to adapt strategies for interest rate hedging accordingly, and collaborate closely with FX specialists, corporate bond experts, and client executives.
What is needed in this role:
- Educational Background: Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Engineering.
- Language Proficiency: Mandatory to be fluent in spoken and written Swedish.
- Relevant Experience: A minimum of five years' experience working with interest rate derivatives products in a client-facing role is highly desirable.
- Team Player: Essential to be a team player with high ambition and a positive attitude, enjoying interaction and cooperation with colleagues and customers.
- Market Expertise: Possess strong and demonstrable knowledge of corporate and fixed income bond markets, including their infrastructure and products.
- Client-Centric Approach: Dedicated to finding solutions to clients’ needs with a mindset geared towards taking ownership of business outcomes.
- Analytical Skills: Exhibit robust analytical skills with a strong drive to work on and develop Excel models.
