Head of Reporting Lithuania

The reporting scope covers the production and timely delivery of regulatory reporting packages to ECB (FinRep, Corep), Central Bank of Lithuania (MFI, Payment statistics), other Supervisory Authorities (LDR, MREL).
In this team you have the opportunity to:
- Ensure compliance of the regulatory reporting with applicable regulatory requirements
- Constantly seek for reporting effective solutions, proactively contribute to the projects to advance reporting infrastructure, implement new reporting regulatory requirements
- Lead the team of reporting professionals, mentoring and supporting continuous growth and development of the key personnel in the reporting area to ensure talent development across the function
What is needed in this role:
- University degree in economics, finance or mathematics
- Relevant working experience in key role within regulatory reporting field at financial institution
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory reporting and accounting requirements
- Experience in designing or implementing process or improvements in finance area
- Understanding of Enterprise Data Warehouse concept or having knowledge around databases and data modelling concepts
- Great leadership skills, including ability to motivate, coach and lead team
- Great communication skills to convey information in a clear and concise manner to the team, organization and external stakeholders
- Great organisational skills to plan and deliver to tight deadlines with close attention to details
- Full working proficiency in Lithuanian and English
