In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

• Mitigate ML/TF/FS risks within KYC/AML processes;
• Develop and own processes in AML/KYC area;
• Execute changes needed based on external or internal (Swedbank Group) regulatory environment changes;
• Execute actions coming from audits, consultant reviews and FSA inspections;
• Constantly collaborate with cross-boarder teams in Baltic Banking/Group;
• Organize meetings, presentations and trainings for Bank employees for their covered area;
• Support Bank employees in the area of owned process.

What is needed in this role:

• Ability to act in a fast manner and timely execution of initiatives;
• Ability to work and adapt in dynamic and changing conditions and multiple deadlines;
• Goal oriented mindset;
• Excellent verbal and written communicational skills (cross-department arrangements with different background colleagues: IT, business, legal, etc);
• Excellent analytical skills including attention to detail for identifying the areas of improvement;
• Good presentation skills including hands-on experience with presentation software, public speaking, planning, etc;
• Excellent English and Lithuanian verbal and written skills.

It’s an advantage if you have:

• Knowledge of legal requirements in AML/KYC area;
• Project/process management experience and proven ability to independently coordinate activities to initiate, plan and execute AML/KYC projects is an advantage;
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
