In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

• Heading our community of practise (COP) for our Business Analyst with focus on Calypso
  
• Heading the Centre of excellence towards Calypso. Our internal education platform. Securing that our staff are up to date
  
• Contributing to development of existing and future business’s needs with particular focus on FX, FI, EQ requirements
• Analysing business needs/opportunities and transforming them to system implementation
• Collaborating with Stakeholders, Vendors and other development teams
• Be part of a strategic team and heading discussions about our roadmap
• Taking responsibility and accountability in your everyday work as well as helping the team

What is needed in this role:

• Bachelor's / Master’s degree or equivalent work life experiences in finance
• Knowledge of the Calypso system is key. More than 10 years of senior experiences are needed
• Great understanding of FX (Foreign Exchange), Fixed Income and Equity are crucial
• Knowledge of Agile frameworks is beneficial
• Proactivity and eagerness to learn is a must
• Maybe you are a hybrid, or would like to become one? Both business and technical knowledge
• Great team player with good communication skills who enjoys sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues
• Innovative and creative thinking; you enjoy working in the rapidly changing digital environment
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to plan and lead yourself and the team forward
• Willingness to continuously improve the ways of working
• That you are situated within Sweden and preferably in the surroundings around Stockholm
• The work is both remote and in Stockholm City
