• Manage and control Operational Risk with focus to the Credit Process and considering Credit Risk
• Analyse and report the operational risks within Credit Process as well as develop the tools, methods to control the risk
• Collaborate with different other colleagues in Baltic countries and Sweden
• Work with different Operational risk management and control tools, methods and develop new ones

What is needed in this role:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics/Finance/Audit, or a great reason for not having one
• Experience in Credit risk management, audit or in credit area in general
• Proactivity and strategic mind-set, combined with good networking and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of operational risks
• Knowledge of related external regulations
• Very good communication skills in Latvian and English for cooperation with Baltic and Group colleagues, both verbal and written
