What will be your daily work in this role:

• Driving the financial performance of Estonia’s leading bank.
• Coordinating forecasting and reporting practices.
• Collaborating closely with our CFO and colleagues across Estonia, Baltic region and Sweden.
• Managing ad-hoc tasks, such as regulatory requests and finance related projects.
• Leading a diverse team of financial analysts while aligning activities with the bank’s strategic direction.
• Ensuring continuous development for both your team members and yourself through coaching-led leadership practices.
