Head of Enterprise Process Management, Group Products & Advice

Your responsibilities:
- Lead and maintain the Enterprise Process Management work across the bank
- To structure and harmonize the EPM process landscape and through this enable the identification of value enhancing measures and effective risk management by design
- Define, implement and sustain solid working methods, tools and KPIs
- Establish and sustain a strong Process Community
- Define, implement and sustain a training program for staff on EPM requirements, techniques and leading practices
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement through regular workshops and learning sessions
- Define clear responsibilities and priorities for your team members
- Assess and improve the performance of your team members
- Exercise coaching methods as part of your leadership style
- Ensure a sustainable work climate and sustainable employees
- Build a diverse team with high level of team spirit and engagement
- Align your work and the team’s contribution to the bank’s direction and strategy
What is needed in this role:
- Deep knowledge and experience of Enterprise Process Management (EPM)
- Experience of implementing or managing EPM Programs in a Financial Services context
- Experience of driving successful change in a Financial Services context
- Several years of leadership experience with excellent coaching, collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Great collaboration skills and ability to work across both functional and hierarchical lines (matrix organization)
- Pro-activeness and persuasiveness
- Results oriented
- Possess multi-tasking abilities and strong problem-solving skills
- High level of English and Swedish proficiency (both written and spoken)?
- Bachelor’s degree (master’s degree is a plus) in engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Law or other relevant areas
