In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

• Define and control our insurance risk appetite;
• Set and implement competitive product pricing strategies;
• Improve underwriting processes and ensure underwriting controls;
• Do motor and property case underwriting, prepare proposals, communicate underwriting decisions;
• Ensure underwriting related IT development requirement definition and implementation;
• Prepare portfolio analytics, analysis and reports;
• Do stakeholder management.

What is needed in this role:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree;
• Min 3 years of work experience in nonlife insurance underwriting, portfolio management or actuarial;
• Knowledge in nonlife insurance products, pricing principles, risk selection, underwriting process, market and customer behavior;
• Good analytic and communication skills;
• Ability to use MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint;
• Fluent in Lithuanian, good oral and written English.
