Fixed Income Sales Strategist
Are you interested in the ever-evolving universe of macroeconomics, fixed income trade analysis and strategy? Swedbank is looking for a new member to our Fixed Income Sales Team
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Produce and share Fixed Income Strategy updates to enhance discussions both externally with clients and internally on the sales and trading desk
- Conduct proactive dialogue with customers advising them on the current outlook in the SEK Fixed Income market and executing trades in fixed income products including cash bonds, futures, interest rate derivatives and interest rate options
- Secure long term customer relationships and customer satisfaction by being a trusted advisor in SEK Fixed Income
- As a Fixed Income Sales Strategist, you can divide your time between strategy updates and sales execution
What is needed in this role:
- Master's Degree in Science: Hold a Master of Science degree in Finance, Engineering or equivalent
- Fluent Swedish Speaker: Proficient in both spoken and written Swedish and English
- Relevant Experience: A minimum of ten years' experience working with fixed income products and strategic advice in a client-facing role or as a trader/ portfolio manager is highly desirable
- Market Expertise: Possess strong and demonstrable knowledge of fixed income bond markets and interest rate derivatives, combined with a strong knowledge of macroeconomics
- Analytical Skills: Exhibit robust analytical skills with a proactive approach to developing Excel- and Quantlab models in combination with strong presentations skills
- Social Skills: Enjoy customer interactions and have the ability to establish long term trust
