Program- and Project Manager to Payments & Accounts

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Be responsible for larger program and projects
- Be responsible for pre-studies and business need analysis
- Be responsible for Enterprise EPICs/Portfolio EPICs as EPIC owner in close collaboration with the development team (according to SAFe)
- Identify business and legal requirements/EPICs together with different stakeholders that affect Payment & Account area
- Support the Business Product Owners with product- and channel development activities
- Create business cases and monitor value realization
- Make decision and prioritization materials to senior management
- Communicate business requirements, its value and the wanted outcome to different stakeholders
What is needed in this role:
- Minimum 10 year´s experience from Program/Project management
- Minimum 5 year´s experience from working as a management consultant or similar type of role
- Proven strong leadership and communicational skills
- Ability to engage and inspire other people
- Analytical – An eye for detail and the ability to interpret complex situations/dependencies and translate to actions. You can use Excel as supporting tool for calculations and information gathering
- Academic degree in either engineering and/or business administration
- Payments and/or account area experience is a requirement
- A problem solver with a can-do-attitude who gets motivated by new responsibilities
- A team player who enjoys sharing knowledge as well as learning from colleagues
- Proficient language skills in Swedish and English, written and spoken
