In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

• Create, test, and launch new bank offers in the mobile app, ibank, SMS channel;
• Modify existing offers based on marketing and product owner requests;
• Track, analyze and improve offer performance using Qlik Sense reports;
• Manage content updates for SMS and STAR channels following the same process as mobile app offers;
• Oversee content changes for native app product pages;
• Provide technical support design wise for email design creation;
• Ensure consistency and usability of content across digital channels;
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain a seamless user experience.

What is needed in this role:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Support, or a related field;
• Strong technical mindset and problem-solving skills;
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar;
• Proficiency in data reporting tools (for example: Adobe Analytics; Qlik Sense Reports; Google Analytics);
• Understanding of UX design principles and best practices;
• Excellent command of Lithuanian (LT) and English (ENG);
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
