• Manage and execute marketing campaigns for private customer financing, investment, and saving solutions;
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project delivery;
• Coordinate and oversee 3rd-party cooperation for client offers;
• Analyse campaign performance using various analytical tools and translate data into actionable insights;
• Apply digital marketing knowledge to optimize customer communication and channel performance;
• Work independently and drive cross-functional initiatives from concept to completion;
• Contribute to the tactical development and execution of consumer financing offers.

What is needed in this role:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field;
• Experience in marketing project management or digital marketing;
• Proven track record in managing campaigns and working with external partners;
• Proficient in analytical and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics);
• Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and campaign performance metrics;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset;
• Excellent communication and coordination skills;
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently;
• Have a good command of English and Lithuanian, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively among Baltic counterparties.
