Temporary position for maternity leave replacement
Are you passionate about leadership, corporate banking, sales and developing marketing and sales automation across the Baltics?
We are looking for a Head of Corporate Offering Support to join the Corporate Offering and Strategies team and develop automated marketing and customer communication supporting sales and customer satisfaction for Business customers across The Baltics.

What will be your daily work in this role:
- Automated Offers Development: Plan and coordinate the development pipeline for automated offers to achieve sales targets, meet customer satisfaction goals and enhance service quality.
- Offers Portfolio Optimization: Oversee and optimize the portfolio of automated communications and offers for corporate clients, focusing on increasing sales conversion rates, customer satisfaction and enhancing customer experience.
- New Concept Development: Proactively initiate and drive the development of offering concepts and content for corporate customers in collaboration with corporate segment management and product sales support units.
- Marketing Coordination: Coordinate marketing, communication, and sales management activities, ensuring alignment with Baltic corporate segments and development teams.
- Requirements Setting: Define requirements for channel development, offerings, and advisory tools to meet business needs.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor team members to develop competencies, business acumen, and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team and across the organization.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with team members and stakeholders while managing resource capacity optimally.
- Segment representation: Ensure Corporate offering interests and goals representation in various projects and initiatives related to offering & communication, service experience.
What is needed in this role:
- Academic degree in Business Management, Marketing or other relevant field.
- Several years of team management experience within relevant area of work.
- Excellent leadership capabilities and collaboration skills.
- Proactive, solution oriented and problem-solving attitude.
- Good communication and storytelling skills.
- Business acumen and ability to prioritize and negotiate tasks to set and meet deadlines.
- Advanced Office 365 (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc) skills.
