What is needed in this role:

• A basic understanding of MS SQL or relevant coursework/experience.
• Willingness to learn about virtualization and application systems as part of the full stack.
• Enthusiasm for participating in team projects; on-call rotation experience is not required but can be learned over time.
• Basic familiarity with programming or scripting languages like PowerShell or TSQL; willingness to learn is key.
• Quriosity about working with public Cloud services (opportunities for training available).
• Ability to collaborate effectively within an international team environment.
• Fluency in spoken and written English sufficient for teamwork and communication.
• Motivation to learn new things across various areas such as service management, analysis, design, development, testing, and maintenance of services; strong mentoring support available.
