...be part of a dynamic environment with high expectations, where you will find a wide range of interesting and challenging assignments! Swedbank has recently published its first CSRD-compliant sustainability report, but there is a lot to do over the coming years. The sustainability reporting regulatory environment will continue to mature and evolve. As principles specialist, you will guide Swedbank through this evolution and support compliance with the CSRD, ESRSs and EU Taxonomy. If you are self-driven and goal-oriented and enjoy finding solutions to reporting challenges, you will enjoy working with us.
This role is new within the team, and you will join open, supportive and professional colleagues who enjoy debating accounting and financial reporting regulations. Driving implementation and change requires collaboration with a wide group of stakeholders across the organisation and amongst peers. You should be curious, brave and eager to take a driving role in implementation and improvement initiatives. You need to be comfortable working both individually and in a team. My leadership is built on trust and close dialogue with my team members. I encourage my team to challenge the status quo and their own ways of thinking and to grow by learning from each other. Come join and learn with us!" Amy Hamilton, your future manager
