Project Manager in Strategic Deliveries and Partnerships

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Lead or support initiatives that drive long-term value creation for Swedbank’s corporate customer segment
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and act as a liaison between corporate segment and IT/process development teams to ensure seamless project implementation and alignment with business goals
- Contribute to improvement efforts in data quality, compliance, sales, internal efficiency, and customer satisfaction
- Take charge of strategic projects aimed at integrating external data sources, enhancing corporate data ecosystems
- Play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of data handling and process optimization within the organization
- Identify, design, and implement process improvements to increase efficiency within the corporate segment
What is needed in this role:
- University degree in Business, Finance, Economics, IT, or a related field
- Experience in leading multi-stakeholder and cross-functional projects
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans
- High sense of ownership and accountability
- Proactiveness in identifying improvement areas and leading change
- Understanding of customer data management principles, familiarity with regulatory compliance in banking and experience with business process improvement tools would be an advantage
