• Join a highly skilled team responsible for the Payment & Account products for corporate customers.

• Define and maintain the product vision and roadmap for entitlements.
  
• Represent customer and stakeholders needs, ensuring business requests are translated into effective solutions.
  
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product owners, architects, business units, and legal/compliance teams.
  
• Collect feedback, monitor product performance and continuously improve user experience.
  
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other product owners, architects and IT teams, business units, and legal/compliance teams.
  

What is needed in this role:

• Demonstrated experience from the payment area, preferably from the financial sector.
  
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, ideally within banking.
  
• Proven experience in developing comprehensive long-term roadmaps and strategic plans within the domain.
  
• Strong understanding of identity and access management (IAM), role-based access control, and entitlement systems.
  
• Experience in working with cross divisional, cross-functional teams.
  
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and self-initiative skills.
  
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  
• Capability to deliver in a changing and fast-moving environment.
  
• To be great team player and have a structured way of working.
  
• Great communication skills in English and Swedish.
  
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field, or a great reason for not having one.
