Product Owner for Entitlements

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Join a highly skilled team responsible for the Payment & Account products for corporate customers.
- Work in a dynamic product area with a lot of opportunities to learn and grow.
- Define and maintain the product vision and roadmap for entitlements.
- Represent customer and stakeholders needs, ensuring business requests are translated into effective solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product owners, architects, business units, and legal/compliance teams.
- Collect feedback, monitor product performance and continuously improve user experience.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other product owners, architects and IT teams, business units, and legal/compliance teams.
What is needed in this role:
- Demonstrated experience from the payment area, preferably from the financial sector.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, ideally within banking.
- Proven experience in developing comprehensive long-term roadmaps and strategic plans within the domain.
- Strong understanding of identity and access management (IAM), role-based access control, and entitlement systems.
- Experience in working with cross divisional, cross-functional teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and self-initiative skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Capability to deliver in a changing and fast-moving environment.
- To be great team player and have a structured way of working.
- Great communication skills in English and Swedish.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field, or a great reason for not having one.
