Junior Specialist (Communication Department)
Fixed-term contract for 1 year
A Junior Specialist will support the Communication Department in managing day-to-day operations across internal, B2B, and B2C communication tasks. This role will primarily focus on administrative and technical tasks, ensuring smooth operational support previously handled by another team member.
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Oversee internal, B2B and B2C communication channels and their content;
- Create surveys for internal employees related to various projects;
- Collaborate with external partners in selecting and approving visuals;
- Participate in internal events and assist in organizing them;
- A creative approach.
What is needed in this role:
- A final-year student or a university graduate (preferably in communications or marketing);
- Excellent English skills, both written and spoken (B2 level or higher);
- Fluent in Lithuanian, both spoken and written;
- Experience using Netigate and Kahoot tools;
- Familiarity with AEM is a plus;
- Proactive, responsible, meticulous, and detail-oriented;
- Forward-thinking with a willingness to take initiative in work-related activities;
