Strategic Business Analyst

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Join a highly skilled team responsible for the Payment & Account products Sweden.
- Work in a dynamic product area with a lot of opportunities to learn and grow.
- Drive and support the development of Corporate Connect solutions that align with Swedbank’s common product strategy.
- Ensure business requirements are well-understood, testable, and aligned with regulatory and internal standards.
- Work cross-functionally with teams across the bank, contributing to project planning and implementation.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Product specialists and IT teams and other stakeholders to gather and translate business needs into clear requirements.
What is needed in this role:
- Demonstrated experience from the payment area, preferably from the financial sector.
- Understanding of product lifecycle management and advantage to have experience from agile methodologies.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in financial services or digital product development.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to think both strategically and operationally.
- Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with tools like Jira or Confluence is a plus.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and self-initiative skills.
- Analytical skills, attention to details, and a problem-solving mindset.
- Capability to deliver in a changing and fast-moving environment.
- To be great team player and have a structured way of working.
- Great communication skills in English and Swedish.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field, or a great reason for not having one.
