• Design, implement, and maintain secure Windows Server, SQL Server and IIS environments, ensuring high availability, disaster recovery readiness, optimized performance and a robust permissions structure.
• Develop and maintain business applications and CICD infrastructure using Python, SQL, SSIS and GitHub actions.
• Embrace the DevOps mindset, “you build it, you run it”, being part of design, development, testing, planned maintenance activities, daily on-call and troubleshooting ensuring a good delivery quality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure applications are delivered on time and follow the bank's security and regulatory guidelines.
• Monitor and optimize performance of infrastructure and applications, proactively assess and improve system and application security and performance staying ahead of emerging issues.

What is needed in this role:

• Solid experience in software development with Python and SQL, as well as familiarity with ETL design using SSIS.
• Relevant academic degree in Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Fluent in English and Swedish.
• Proficient in DevOps, CICD pipelines, Git, and automation tools like GitHub Actions or Jenkins and building RestAPIs.
• Strong expertise in Windows Server administration and SQL Server database management, including performance tuning, backup/restore strategies and setting up SQL/Windows permissions.
• Familiarity with SAFE and Agile principles.
• Strong team player with excellent problem-solving and communication skills, a proactive and curious mindset, and a passion for learning new technologies.
• Knowledge of financial instruments and valuation theory is a bonus.
