What is needed in this role:

• Relevant university degree and 5+ years of work experience as a business analyst, project leader, product specialist or similar.
  
• A curious and sharp-eyed mind, someone asking questions, love digging into details and possess great organizational and technical skills to deliver high quality work within tight deadlines.
  
• Excellent oral/written communication and presentation skills in Swedish and English – particularly in stakeholder management.
  
• Ability to adapt to changing conditions and business needs.
  
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work performed.
  
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  
• Self-sufficiency, eager to get involved/take ownership and possess the ability to make decisions.
  
• Experience with AI and machine learning applications in finance.
