Process Manager

We are looking for someone skilled in the process craft that wants to step forward and become a member in the group lending process team.
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Work in a learning environment together with your highly skilled and experienced colleagues.
• Execute and deliver on given process related assignments from Process Owners and Group Lending Management.
• Participate in the implementation of Enterprise Process Management for group lending.
• Lead and coordinate process changes for new and existing regulatory requirements.
• Lead workshops and coordinate process changes.
• Support Group Lending with a continuous improvement mind-set, providing trainings, tools and support.
• Guide and support Group lending in the complex process landscape. Clarify and simplify processes when needed.
• Build your network and collaborate with colleagues from the business, product development and IT.
• Support implementation of regulations, policies, directives, and instructions.
• Conduct ongoing analysis of processes in line with industry regulations.
• Facilitate mapping, documentation, and maintenance of service blueprints for key processes.
• Work with process improvements based on analysis, audit remarks, incidents and risk reporting.
What is needed in this role:
- A genuine interest in working with processes on all process levels, strategic, tactical and operational.
- Experience from process management activities, knowledge in Business Process
- Management methodology, LEAN, SixSigma, Process modelling structures and tools.
- Solid business and academic record.
- Confident in facilitating workshops and coaching change activities.
- Solid experience from handling senior stakeholder expectations.
- Sociable, collaborative and a non-prestigious mindset.
- Delivery focused and a hands-on approach with a strong sense of ownership.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in Swedish and English.
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Power Point, Word, etc.)
- Experience working with financing and the lending area is merited.
