• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field;
• Experience in marketing project management or digital marketing;

• Proven ability to run campaigns and collaborate with partners;
• Ownership mindset with a focus on business impact;
• Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated;
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken.
