Are you passionate about digital sales, service and communication delivered frictionless, in a highly personalized way with the customer in focus. Are you up for the challenge to help our stakeholders understand the user journeys in all digital channels available, in order to optimize digital customer experience and create frictionless digital journeys.

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

  • Analyze customer behavior, functionalities, sales and marketing driven activities in order to improve and optimize the customer journeys. 
  • Provide strategic recommendations to multiple areas of the business based on analyses on customer behavior, opportunities and pain points in our digital channels.
  • Support the business by making the data accessible and understandable to stakeholders.
  • Working cross functional together with the digital growth team and other units at Swedbank.  

What is needed in this role:

  • A minimum of five years experience as a Digital Analyst
  • Vast experience of working hands on in a digital analytics tools e.g. Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics 
  • Strong excel skills
  • Experience of digital customer experience, conversion optimization, A/B-testing 
  • Knowledge in R
  • Ability to communicate and present insights and proactively seek what stakeholders need
  • Ability to prioritize between different tasks and projects, as you will work within several projects/ teams at the same time
  • Good self-management and communication skills
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
