Senior Risk Control Manager
Are you passionate about operational risk, especially in business continuity area?
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Manage and control operational risk with the focus on business continuity (e.g. being involved in Crisis Management Team and Business Continuity Committee activities, participating in preparation and testing of business continuity plans, controlling incident management, performing business impact analysis);
- Work alongside other Risk Control Specialists in Baltic Banking;
- Analyse and report the operational risks within the business continuity, as well as develop the tools, and methods to control the risk;
- Collaborate with different other colleagues in Baltic countries and Sweden;
- Work with different operational risk management and control tools, and methods;
- Develop towards becoming the successor to the Head of Department
What is needed in this role:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, or a great reason for not having one.
- Strategic mindset, combined with good networking and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in risk management.
- Understanding of operational risks.
- Knowledge of related external regulations.
